Ready to Return?

The STAR Project is longitudinal study that takes place over 3 years. Your child will come in for a 4½ year visit and a 5 ½ year visit the following year. We are tracking change and progress as your child transitions into kindergarten, so it is very important to us that you return for your follow up visits each year.

You will receive a letter in the mail as the time for you and your child to return for the 5 ½ year visit approaches. If you'd like to start planning ahead and are ready to schedule your 5 ½ year visit now, please contact us. We'd love to hear form you.

  • Call us at 336.334.4574
  • Email Pam Baldwin at visit@star4kids.org
  • If you have any questions, please contact us. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
